REFLECTIONS
I was very excited about this module because I knew it meant that we would be the ones organizing the exhibition. I was selected as the secretary and treasurer, which meant I had significant responsibilities in taking notes and managing finances. However, I realize that I didn’t fully perform my duties as well as I could have; there’s still much room for improvement. I was also part of the marketing team, handling social media. While I enjoyed managing social media, I felt I could have done better—I often forgot to post on Instagram, among other things. But I’m very grateful that my team was willing to remind me and step in to post on Instagram when I wasn’t available.
One of the most interesting experiences during the design portfolio process was the fundraising event. I, along with the marketing team, worked together to discuss and prepare for this event. It was exhausting, but I was very happy to go through it with my friends.
Additionally, I believe this module is crucial in helping us prepare our portfolios for job applications.
I want to thank my fellow teammates in this module, especially Britney, our amazing and incredible leader. Thanks also to my fellow team members, Luisa and Azka, who were with me throughout this final semester, and to the rest of the class, who worked together to make the final year exhibition a success. Lastly, I’d like to thank Mr. Asrizal for guiding and helping us throughout this semester.
